You know this thought... it points to that which you cannot deny - that you exist and are aware.

Through habitual identification, it goes in the direction of the appearance of Consciousness - the world. I AM happy, I AM angry, I AM not understanding...

Things don't go the way we think they should, so suffering is added to this I AM - I AM sad, I AM depressed...

When, through investigation, we see there is no PERSON in that body, no separate self, we turn around and come to realize that I AM points to that undeniable sense of BEINGNESS, that timeless awareness in which the appearance of the world arises in.

It is then seen that there never was an "I" - that this I AM was something else - the very activity of knowing the apparent world, including that body-mind.

This dream world passes like a cloud - what never passes is the inherent truth of your own timeless being and awareness.

love
randallRandall Friendhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18004296258866577268noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2102779776758563952.post-66528481843674727062007-08-17T01:18:00.000-04:002007-08-17T01:18:00.000-04:00dear friend,if i am not a person inna body-mind th...dear friend,if i am not a person inna body-mind then who can the world be a dream of my own creation?

respect, pacoAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
